How To Do Postings Under Specific Categories

Please advice how to do postings under specific categories like seeds, nuts, fruit, herbs etc.
What is the criteria of being seen in the top listed companies, when a product seach page is opened?
Please help us by answering this, so thatt we can take the maximum benefits of posting on traderscity.

How Products By Category Are Displayed And Sorted

Hello, Thank you for your question
For Products By Category such as Agriculture, Animals, Appliances, Automobile, Chemicals, Computer, etc and the associated products listed under each of them; the matching leads are automatically generated based on Title Search; leads with titles containing the product word being listed (e.g. Category is Agriculture; Product Word is Garden). The results are sorted using the following:
1) Resulting list first sorted by exact product word match (e.g. garden) where leads are displayed by lead post date from older to recent (e.g. 2007, 2008, 2009, etc).
2) Resulted list is secondly sorted by similar product word match (e.g. gardening) where leads are displayed by lead post date from older to recent (e.g. 2007, 2008, 2009, etc)
in short; to take advantage of having your products listed within a category-product section; make sure that your posted lead title contains the accurate product word. It will be automatically included in the Product By Category sections of the board.
Also note that from time to time our Product By Category is expanded with new Category-Products items. So if a Category or a Product are not currently listed; they will be added in future system update as more trade leads become available for a recommend new Category or Product.
