(Bank confirmation must be made at least 2 hours prior to agreed Window, and is to be via SWIFT or Bank Letter via Fax or other Bank-to-Bank acceptable method. No telex or KTT accepted).
Upon receipt of the confirmation from the seller’s bank, the buyer’s bank will simultaneously respond, with proof of funds for the first tranche and confirm that the buyer is capable of handling and performing on this transaction.
On the agreed window time the seller’s bank will swift wire transfer the discounted currency by non-conditional swift to the buyer’s bank.
Upon receipt and upon completion of the verification and authentication of the seller’s non-conditional swift, the buyer’s bank will simultaneously swift wire transfer the USDs by non-conditional swift to the seller’s bank.
Commissions are swift wire transferred to the nominated paymasters accounts of the buyer’s side and seller’s side without any delays, deductions or protests.
Transaction proceeds on a bank to bank basis as per *7, *8, *9.
P.S.: The buyer’s bank will not use any field 72 or screen or MT 100. The transaction will be conduted on a bank to bank basis as seller’s non-conditional swift against buyer’s non-conditional swift based on a bank to bank basis.
Request for currencies: Please note that our principal buyer can purchase the following currencies against U.S. DOLLARS of any large or small amounts at acceptable discount subject to procedures stated in our procedure page.
