Most of the above commodities sellers are members of Royal families and are members of SASO, established by Royal decree to protect the consumer. This organisation is approved and admitted by Arabian Ministry of Commerce.
procedure:
1. Buyer submits LOI on their official letterhead with the name and address of their Primary Bank or FUNDS CONFIRMED certificate.
2. LOI states product and specifications of product required.
3. Quantity required per month (BPM) or per day (BPD) with shipload size and storage capacity.
3. Contract terms. Duration. CIF or FOB. Any other preference.
4. Destination Port, port capacity and any restrictions.
5. If you require please provide a signed standard NC/ND agreement along with ACTUAL BUYERS LOI.
The seller will respond with a Proforma Offer complete with quantities, pricing, closing procedures and preliminary date for delivery. This Proforma will only be offered to the buyer and not the intermediaries or mandate. If the mandate for the buyer send your papers of authority, please make it clear on the NC/ND along with the names of the intermediaries listed on the buyer's side.
