We invite investors in developing an Ayurvedic Spa Retreat in the central district or its surrounding area of Kerala which has huge tourism potential (Kerala is known as "God's Own Country" in the tourism industry). Ayurveda is one of the prime attractions of tourists into Kerala and it can make lucrative revenue.
5 acres of land will be the minimum requirement to run an ayurvedic spa with its own organic garden. The organic garden is to cultivate organic vegetable, medicinal herbs, spices etc needed for the in-house guest.
Accruing revenue at the Ayurvedic Spa Retreat can be from various sources such as therapeutic treatments, special treatments, ayurveda packages (Relaxation Package, Rejuvenation & Recharging Package, Detoxication Package, Fat Reduction and Slimming Package, Rheumatic Package, Arthritis Package, etc) clubbed with tour packages like Village Tour, Pilgrimage Tour, Visit to Historical Monuments, Cultural Programmes, Astrology, Martial Arts & Performing Arts etc.
You will be the investor to the land, buildings, equipment, landscaping etc. Finding a suitable property in a good location can be done by us and we can take care of all legal matters. We will manage and operate the Spa at a fixed commission on the income.
The initial contract to manage and operate the Spa would be for a period of 10 years from the date of opening of the Spa.
