We manufacture indoor and outdoor bicycles featuring a unique pedaling system with six different pedaling strokes. Our patented 6-Way Pedaling Component Part is also available separately. This component part can be installed on any conventional bicycle, to convert the bicycle into a multi-function vehicle.

We are looking for a joint venture capital financing, or other financing offered, for the purchase of a bicycle factory in China. This Project calls for $30M financing. Our goal is to be the Number One bicycle company in the world, in five years.
