MD Corporation has established in 1940 with 50,000$ capital and managing of Mr. Mohammad Taghi Dibaee in Tehran- Iran. Its activity was importing different kinds of steel like stainless steel bars, free cutting steel bars, ST- 37 and etc from China, Ukraine and Taiwan.
After Mr. Mohammad Taghi Dibaee, his son; Mr. Ahmad Dibaee became the chief of the company in 1966 and continued his father business. During his management in MD; the company had great improvement and finally in 1985, one of his sons, Mr. Mohammad Ali Dibaee has carried on the business up to now.
Then, regarding to Mr. Dibaee abilities and hard effort; MD with increasing the volume of importing about 23000/MT in each year expanded its business with other countries like Spain and Italy and also got the exclusive agency from some great steel companies.
Now we have countered with many inquiries for free cutting steel bars graded as free cutting steel 9SMnPb36k or 28k (Standard DIN 1651/ GB 8731-88: Y12Pb. Y15Pb and in material No. 1.0722 or 1.0753); cold drawn.
