We are in urgent need of a set of Chemical Waste Water Treatment Equipments.
The waste water mainly comes from the production of CLT acid. CLT acid is a kind of benzenes product. The benzene ring carries with methyl, chlorine-base, amino-group, and sulfonic. During the production process, the main raw materials used are as follows:
1. Toluene, sulphuric acid, chlorine, nitric acid, liquid ammonia, ferrous powder, caustic soda liquid and hydrochloric acid.
2. The organic matter contained in the waste water is mainly CLT acid isomer, and large quantities of inorganic salt, such as sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, ammonium sulphate and ammonium chloride etc.
3. The water shows red color, and after ingress of air oxidize, the color gets darker.
4. Waste water quantity: 500t/d
5. Raw water: COD30000/1, Treated water requirement: below COD500.
