Want To Buy High Density Graphite Crucible
This is request for quote. Kindly quote for the following item ASAP.
Specifications:
1. Crucible Dimensions (Quantity = 100 pcs.) Outer diameter : 240 mm, Inner diameter : 215mm, Height : 340mm Wall thickness : 12.5mm, Bottom thickness : 20mm Bottom chamfer : 25 X 25 mm, all other diamension as per attached sketch.
Tolerance on dimension : +/- 0.2 mm
2. Graphite Tube Dimensions (Quantity = 100 pcs.) :
Outer diameter : 240mm, Inner diameter : 215mm, Height : 340mm Tolerance on dimension : +/- 0.2 mm
Properties of isostatically molded graphite material :
1. Grain size : 0.02 mm
2. Bulk Density : 1.84 gm/cc (minimum)
3. Flexural strength : 52.37 N/mm2 (Minimum)
4. Compressive strength : 70.28 N/mm2 (Minimum)
5. Young’s Modulus : 12.4 x 103 N/mm2 (Minimum)
6. Specific Resistance : 8.0 micro ohm.m (Minimum)
7. Coefficient of Thermal expansion : 4 x 10-6 / ºC
8. Porosity : 7 % (Average)
9. Ash Content : 0.08% (Maximum)
10. Hardness : 74 shore (Minimum) / 90 Rockwell (Minimum)
The graphite crucible shall capable of withstanding temperature of around 850ºC.
