5.Chemical composition: C≤0.10-0.20, P≤0.025, S≤0.010, Mn=0.40- 0.90, Mo=0.25-0.35
6.Mechanical property:T≤100 Yield strength≥240MPa, Tensile strength≥430-560MPa, Elongation in 2 in. [50mm], min, %≥ 22%, Impact energy KV J min.at a temperature in °C of +20℃AKV ≥31J
