25CrMo Alloy structure steel plate
Gloria-Steel supplies as specialist of 25CrMo, 25CrMo4, produces according to WYJ50-99, intended particularly for manufacturing of key parts with large-size cross section as well as PTA second crystallizer or methanol reactor.
Other grade:
25CrMo4, 35CrMo4, 35CrMoV5, 42CrMo4, 20CrMo, 30CrMo, 35CrMo, 42CrMo, 20CrMnMo, 40CrMnMo, 20Mn2, 40Mn2, 45Mn2
Specifications following:
1.Thickness*width*length:8-150mm*1500-3900mm*3000-18000mm
2.Adopting standards: WYJ50-99 OR DIN2391 or EN10083-1, GB3077-88
3.Dimensin, shape, weight and allowable deviation according to standards: GB709-88 or EN10029 or A20M
4.Supplied in the as-rolled condition: annealing or tempered
5.Chemical composition:
C0.22-0.29, P≤0.035, S≤0.035, Cr 0.9-1.20, Mo 0.15-0.30
6.Mechanical property:
Hardness≤212HB;35CrMo4≤229HB, 42CrMo4≤217HB, 45Mn2≤217HB
7.Ultrasonic test: GB/T2970-91 or EN10160-1999
8.Delivery time:30-60 days
