(27,000,000 Lbs) Scrap Aircraft, Sold As A Term Contract, Located At Davis Monthan Afb, Amarg Area. Aircraft Types Include: C141, Some With Engines, C130, S3, A4, F14, T34, H53, Titan Missiles Stage 1 And 2 With Sleeves And Target Designators. No Parts Removal. Aircraft Require Off-site Demilitarization. Aircraft Can Be Reduced In Size On Base For Ease Of Transport. Demilitarization To Be Accomplished By Completely Destroying With Hammermill Or Shredder. End Results Of Demilitarization Must Be Equal To Or Less Than 4 By 4 Pieces. Material Will Include Ferrous And Nonferrous Metals. Purchaser Must Be Able To Process 130,000 Lbs Of Material Per Day At Both Davis Monthan Afb And The Shredding Facility. Buyer Must Attend A Start Of Work Meeting At Cdc Tucson, Davis Monthan Afb, Prior To Beginning Work. Term Contract Is For Poundage Advertised And Not By Time. A $50,000.00 Bid Deposit Is Required To Participate In This Sale. In Addition, A Down Payment Of $250,000 Must Be Paid Within 5 Business Days Of The Event's Closing. The Price Will Be Adjusted Every 90 Days From The Bid Award Date. The Revised Price Will Be Derived By Taking The Price Of Old Alum Sheet And Cast La Amm Price For Old Alum Sheet And Cast La For Scrap Aluminum Taken On The Day Bidding Closed And Divided Into The Old Alum Sheet And Cast La Amm Price For Old Alum Sheet And Cast La For Scrap Aluminum At The Applicable 90 Day Adjustment Date.
