Standard warranty:

Standard warranty is 1 year, it begin from the day you receive the product. Standard warranty covers only defect parts bulbs/ballast. If the bulb/ballast is damage due to installation is not cover under the warranty.
Limited Life time warranty:

Limited life time warranty is offer to final users and only final users, no exception. Life time warranty covers any defect parts such as (bulbs/ballast) of the life of usage by the ORIGINAL PURCHASER. It will not cover if the parts (bulb/ballast) is damage by mishandling/improper installation. Limited life time warranty is NOT TRANSAFERABLE. Limited life time warranty is OPTIONAL. Buyers pay for all return shipping cost no exception.
Return and Exchange
For a full refund and exchange item must be not open and its original package within the first 7 days. Buyer pays for all shipping and handling cost NO exception. All un-wanted items, we charge a 20% re-stocking fees.
Everything we shipped is tested by our trained professionals, all defected parts is return back to the manufacturer before is ship to final users. This step is very important; our management teams strongly enforces testing and make sure the final user have a 100% working product.
Courier Damaged, Defective or Incorrect items must EXCHANGE within 7 days from the date you receive the items. Any damage to any the part of the system will subject to NON-Refundable.
All shipments are insured for full value of the order, please contact us immediately if the merchandise is damaged on arrival. DO NOT contact the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx) directly for damaged shipment.
You must contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization before returning any merchandise. Any return without a prior authorization will not be accepted. Any unauthorized returns will be rejected.

All orders placed before 12:00 P.M PST are process and ship in the same day. Special order and back orders will take up to 5 business days for us to receive. Once we receive the parts it will follow by our standard shipping and handling procedure.

If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice. We will attempt to fulfill all orders within 5 business days, however under certain conditions beyond our control delivery times may be longer.
