3R2715 Raymond Mill can be used to grind the material into powder in mining, chemical, construction and metallurgy industry.
This series machine has been adopted the advanced structure of the same kind machine, and has been upgraded. Compared with
Ball Mill, it has the advantages of high-efficiency, low-energy cost, room-saving, low investment. The rollers are tightly
pressed on the rings on the account of the centrifugal force. So even the rollers and rings will be grinded to some extent
and that will not affect the output. So the roller and rings have long service life, satisfy the customers.
This series machine is the circulatory operation, so it is of little dust, environmental protection.
This machine is suitable for producing minerals powder, which is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, building materials,
chemical, and mining industry. It can be used to grinding calcite, talc, barite, marble, phosphate ore, slag, active
carbon, dolomite, granite, chemical fertilizer, compound fertilizer, gold ore, red mud, clay, kaoline, coke, gangue,
porcelain clay, kyanite, fluorte , bentonite, heat-resistance material and some other material that Moh’s hardness degree is
below 7, and humidity is in 6% non-flammable explosive minerals(about more than 280 kinds). The final product size is
adjustable as required in the range of 100-325 meshes (0.125mm-0.044mm).
