6 Shuttle Circular Loom

With nearly 30 years production history in PP woven bag machinery and some special technique as well as continually improvement , our circular looms are very popular in both domestic and international market. After continual innovation for the looms we have acquired many national patents, we have invented our Rolling Column style 6-shuttle circular loom machine, adopted newest technology rolling style with highest speed in the world now and obtained a patent which has its honor to have gained a World Invention Golden Medal certificate of the 51st Eureka.

Its features as follows:
1. This machine has six shuttles. The rotational speed of its main engine is more than 160r/min, its output capacity is 2.1-2.4m/min. Its weaving speed is 50% faster than the four-shuttle plastic circular loom.
2. The wheels of shuttles are drove and moved along the advanced rolling-column style to realize weaving with high speed smoothly.
3. The double curve line cam, nylon slipping block and palm slipping pole are lubricated by oil, so as to reduce the wear and tear to save the maintenance expenses.
4. Show the direction and stop automatically when the weft or warp is broken.
5. Controlled by microcomputer so as to count automatically and precisely and display digitally.
6. Stabilize the tension of warp and weft and have good quality and appearance of the surface of PP woven bags.
