Detailed Product Description

3.The microlite alumina wear-resisting lining plate and slice takes alumina as the main materialadds metal oxide as the flux, makes the powder granularity in 1μm~2μm, through dry-compacted and burned with the 1500 temperature to be special type wear-resisting ceramic.
4. Its rockwell hardness is HRA80-90 which is only inferior to the diamond. The wear-resisting performance is far beyond that of steel and the stainless steel.
5. Characteristics of wear-resisting, anti-impact and easy construction, etc. which is ideal surface wear-resisting material for material transporting and powder selecting equipment of steel plant, thermal power plant, cement and mine.
6. Its theoretic wear-resistance is equal to 260 times of manganese steel, 170 times of chrome steel. After actually surveying, it can effectively increase the service life of equipment more than 10 times.
7. Density is 3.55g/cm3, only half of the steels density,to reduce the equipment load greatly, save the use cost of equipment.
