Product Description:

HAPG-1000 APG molding machine.

APG technique is similar with thermoplastic injection machine. First


mix resin, hardener, silicon powder and pigment by mixing plant(under vacuum), once the material finish mixing, give air pressure (2-3.5KG) to the mixing pots, so the material will be injected into mould, meanwhile, the air will release from mould when mould full filled material, material will be cured because mould is hot. The injection nozzle must continue inject material when curing.
