DTH Down The Hole Mining Drill Pipe
Down the hole drill pipes play a significant role in all DTH drilling, regardless of application, rock type, hole depth or drill rig
Key features of a high-quality DTH tube are durability, accuracy and manageability
Wooke DTH drill pipes are made of superior alloy and both thread ends are friction welded to the seamless steel pipe
High-pressure air is delivered to DTH hammer by DTH drill pipe, simultaneously it transfers the rotation and press force to the DTH hammer
API thread drill pipe rod matched-up with a high-air pressure drill rig, we are doing pretty well
1. Standard API thread forming and orientating processed at one step, which is our technical highlight
2. Hardness and wear-resistance combined alloy steel, supplied by national top-level special steel manufacturer (pipe thickness and material can be user's choice)
3. Not all friction welding is strong, after a specialized friction welding process, welding outcome can be ensured
4. Pipe curvature correction is a must process for each drill pipe
5. Each processing step is stringently controlled, all RARCs are CNC machined
6. Premium alloy steel made joints strictly controlled heat treatment process and standard API thread processing technology, we pay high-attention to all these easily ignored details to ensure pipe stability and thread durability
