structural parts series.It belongs to one of the Zhejiang Province PM scope manufatures, located Xincheng Industrial Zone in Ruian, Wenzhou.It covers the area of 6000 square meters, and the building covers 5000 square meters.Now our company posses of 40 million assets, has 210 workers and 2 senior, 8 intermediate, 5 primary technology engineers, and has the advanced production equipments and complete testing equipments:a series of 500T, 315T, 200T, 160T, 100T, 60T, 20T etc automatic pressure machines and sintering furnaces.In 2007, our sale breaks through 60 million and exportation growth 20 pecent in the same period.At present, we have already become the largest enterprise of PM in Wenzhou area.
Our main products included PM copper and iron based oilless bearings, valve guide, timing gear and structural parts, widely applied in automobile, motorcycle, powder tool, home appliance and machine.Our company indirectly assembles for more than 30 automobile and appliance manufacturers, such as Dongfeng Group, Saic Group, Liuzhou Machine, Haier Group, Shanghai Sharp, North Dynamic ect, moreover provides maintenance service for Europe, America and Japan series of automobile and gradually enters the global purchase system.In recent years, because of the associated manufacturers need to the replacement of products and the enhancement of technological content, our company transforms the technological of the existing production equipment and configures the advanced forming equipments and testing instruments.We passed ISO9001:2000 in 2001 and ISO/TS16949:2002 in 2008, so that satisfying function requirement for all the associated manufacturers and deliver the goods in time and get good reputation between the new and old clients.
