1.Basis Introduction
SC series mold detection device is the indispensable detection device for punch automation, test accurate, operation easy, widely be used various punch equipment, can all-round and multi-angle protect molds.
In the process of punch mould automatic transferring and stamping processing process, SC series mold detection device can prevent mold damaging and bad production generating, have crowed material(wave), mistakenly send, ejectment through, feed in place, material detection at the end and so on many kinds of materials test function, in the maximun range monitor automatic feed stamping processing .
SC series mold detection device consists normally mold detection host machine, mold detection photo-electricity, reflector, signal cable, detection stick, proximity switch and so on. There are following characteristics:

(1)4 road output: It can be used independently, also can cooperate to use
(2)Adjustable sensitivity, high resolution:The minimum resolution can be up to 2mm
(3)Fast response :Response time is microsecond.
(4)Wide voltage input:Input voltage among AC85~264V all can stable work
(5)Low power consumption:The whole machine power consumption is no more than 15W
(6)Good immunity:For the electromagnetism signal, the strobe lamp light, the arc of welding and surrounding light source have better immunity.
(7)Self-locking function:When the abnomal is detected, the device send stop signal to press machine slide stop movement immediately;when the fault is removed, the press machine slide cannot move again, until the device reset button is pressed down and the device output connection signal to press machine.
(8)Durable life and high Reliability:Relay contact output, the relay's life is more than 2, 000, 000 times (relay is removable)
(9)Good anti-vibration: The welding of components adopt to SMD technology, and have various anti-vibration measures.
