Ball Screw Jack is composed of worm gear, worm shaft, bearings, oil seals, housing, ball screw. More
suitable to high speed, high efficiency, frequently use. Loading capacity 0.5 ton, 1 ton, 2 ton, 3 ton, 5 ton, 10 ton, 15 ton, 20 ton.
Features:
* Loading capacities from 1/2 ton up to 20 ton.
* Standard configurations including upright or inverted units.
* Top plate, threaded, plain ends or clevis ends are available for meeting specific application needs.
* Be used individually or in mutliple jack arrangements for a larger mechanical system.
* Three reduction speed ratios, sush as high, medium and low speeds.
* Designed for tensile and compressive loads, and all the models are designed for elevating force, lowering force, pulling force, pressing force, pushing force, rolling force.
* High speed, high frequency, use frequently, uniform lifting speed, low noise, easy installation, compact structure, long life, etc.
* Be operated by hand wheel and electrical motor.
* Complete accessories such as steel cover, rubber bellows, safety nut, limit switches, digital counter, hand wheel, trunnion base, bevel gearboxes, etc .
