Material Used : SAE-52100.
Heat Treatment : Bearing races & rollers are hardened & tampered at 58 to 62 HRC.
Dimensions : It live within standard dimensions & Tolerances.
Finishing : Bearing races & rollers are passed through lapping process to achieve super micro finishing.
Inspection : All the components & bearing assembly passed under hard inspection in our quality control department which gives assurance about quality and life of bearings.
