This Plate Bending Machine Was Newly Installed In 1982. Production Started In 1984, Yet It Has Only Worked Approx. 100 Hours. It Is In Nearly New Condition.
This Machine Is Complete With The Following:
• Fully Automatic Speed Compensation Between The Top & Bottom Rolls.
• Electro-hydraulic Roll Reversing
• Automatic Pressure Compensation Between Top & Bottom Rolls
• Hydraulic Tilting Of The Front Bearing Housing And The Top Roller
• Approx. 550 Kw (737.5 Hp) Installed Power.
• Plate Infeed Carriage
• Lateral Supporting Arm
• Swinging Unload Arm For Plate Segments.
• Unloading Carriage For Bended Plate Segments
• Supporting Roll For Cone Bending.
• Top Support Beam To Hold Up And Unload Bent Cylinders.
The Top & Bottom Rolls Are Driven Rolls Via Hydromotors. The Operating Speed Is 4 Meters/min.
