Introduction:
Bimetal cylindrical bushes、half bearing、thrust washer is sintered and rolled for many times is a bushing based on high quality, low-carbon steel as its backing and sintered with lead, tin and bronze alloy or rolled with aluminium tin alloy as its surface. The products are mainly applied in connecting rod of automobile engine, rocker, gear-box, automobile knuckle arm, steel plate spring, construction machinery, agriculture machinery, etc.
Technical Data:
Lead Bronze Alloy: CuPb24Sn4
Load capacity: 38N/mm2
Temperature limit: 170 °C
Harderness Alloy: (45~70)HB
Application:
This is a bimetal bushing with steel as backing and sintered CuPb24Sn24 as lining layer. This type has fairly good performance in anti-fatigue and load capacity.It is suitable for middle speedand middle load.When overplated certain soft alloy, it can be applied in high-speed internal combustion engine and as connectrod bushing.
