Bimetal Bushing is hosed on steel and sintered with CuPb10Sn10 as a lining layer. This type of bushes has the best performance within the range of Cu-Pb alloy construct red bushing. Therefore the bushes has a wide application and is mostly suitable for where is middle speed and high impact etc. We can make all sizes and types,also by clients requests.
The specification of the bushes as follows:
Lead bronze alloy: CuPb10Sn10
Load capacity: 65N/mm²
Temperature max: 260'C
Friction clef: (70-100)HB
