Usage and application of oxygen absorber
It is used to absorb oxygen in food package.
Anti-mode: moon cakes, cakes, bakery
Anti oil-oxidation: peanut, fried cakes, potato chips
Anti color-change, keep flavor: green tea, nori, dried meet, coffee
Anti pests and rust: fur, precision parts, books, paintings, clothes, medicine
Principle
Iron can become rusty in the air. Oxygen absorbent uses chemical reactions between oxygen and activated iron with water and salt as media. Oxygen is absorbed effectively during this reaction.
Type
Packaging material: Common Type, Leak-Proof, Oil-Proof
Reaction properties: self-reaction, water-dependent
Security
Harmless: proved harmless in case of accident swallow via acute toxicity test
Odorless: No smell of alkaline gas or sulfurous acid gas
Safe package: Meet sanitary requirement, oil-proof and leak-proof package, printing ink doesn’t contact food.
Oxygen Indicator
Red color will turn blue in the presence of oxygen within a few minutes. You can judge the oxygen absorber whether available or not according to the indicator.
