C5 Hydrocarbon Resin For Hot Melt Road Marking Paint And Tire Rubber Compounding

Sunyo hydrocarbon resins are designed with a narrow molecular weight distribution and are compatible with elastomers such as Natural Rubber, SBR, Butyl rubber, EP rubber, styrene block copolymer (such as SIS,SBS), EVA and polybutene. Sunyo hydrocarbon resins also offer superior tack and help improve the mechanical and optical performance of adhesive systems.
Sunyo petroleum hydrocarbon resin is developed especially for hot melt road marking paint. It is light in color, stable, fluid, abrasion proof, anti-crack, anti-oxidation, and an evenly dispersed filler. It resists sedimentation and dirt and is overall a strong adhesive, the best choice for hot melt road marking paint production.
In addition to hot melt road marking paints, Sunyo petroleum hydrocarbon resins are also used in:
1- rubber milling as an anchoring agent, active filler, and filler to improve the organic ability of rubber
2- solvent based pressure sensitive adhesive; it easily dissolves in natural rubber, phenylethylene polymer, EVA, and natural tackify resin. It also improves the abilities of pressure-sensitive adhesive by various degrees.
3- other rubber product, including shoe soles and heels, flooring, rubber piping, inner tubing, and pressure-sensitive adhesives
