2300 product description (Anti- high temperature putty)
is mainly used for the filling and leveling up as well as decoration of the deficiencies such as sand holes, shrink holes and cracks on the surface of polyester putty before closing the undercoat in the painting dressing of cars, so as to strengthen the flatness and smoothness of the surface of polyester putty. Good applying, outstanding function of temperature variation resistance, excellent adhesive force and sanding property. Especially applicable to high requirement of temperature of surface filling. Such as automotive hood, produce high-temperature mechanical surface application.
Scope of construction: It can be used in iron panel, steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum panel and on any painted metallic surface.

1. Remove the oil, rust, original paint film and water etc from surface completely, keep the painted surface clean&dry before scraping.
The putty may cause uneven in the process of storage, must use clean ruler stir well before the use.
3、The putty and hardener should be mixed completely to achieve the uniformity of color (general ratio is 100:2 by weight), and apply the mixture within potlife(3-8min), or it will gel.
4、Apply the mixtured putty to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet, in case of scraping of thick coat, it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times till reaching the objective thickness.
(Suggested maximum thickness is no more than 2mm).
5、Wet milling or dry milling should be made after hardened thoroughly. The best wet milling time is 0.5-1h after applying putty, and the best dry milling time is about 2h after applying putty(The temperature is 25℃, humidity is less than 40%). Ensure the putty has been completely dry when painting, lest drop off or bubbles.
1、When there is air bubble while applying, fully scrape to evenness with spatula to ensure good adhesion.
2、The putty mixed with hardeners should not be returned to the original container, container which is opened must be carefully resealed, lest volatilization &deterioration of solvent. Do not mix lacquer thinner to putty.
3、When there is low temperature or high relative humidity, curing time of coating will be extended somewhat. The corresponding adjustment can be made to the consistency and gel time of putty according to per customer’s request.
4、Our product matches with various primers, but not in phenolic primers and alkyd primers, lest drop off or bubbles. Ensure the primer has been thoroughly dry when applying putty, or cause drop off.(注意单词间的空格)
5、Above 160℃ baking must gel 8-24h at ambient temperature after it has been thoroughly dry.
6. To get a higher heat-resistance, it can be baked at 120° c - 150 ° c for 30 minutes after drying then bake at 200 ° c after it cool to the room temperature, so the better adhesion, and the highest heat resistance can up to 230° c - 260° c.
7. The product should not apply in galvanized sheet directly.（注意空格）
8.The shelf life can be up to 12 months at the cool place (under 25℃).
