The ceramic knife is made from zirconia, a ceramic material also named “ steel ceramic”. It is used more and more widely in morden kitchens, and enjoys merits over some other metal knives:
◇ With sharp blade, ceramic knife can cut meet into thin pieces as thin as papar sheet.
◇ Ceramic knife can never wear out by its high abrasion hardness to HRA90, 60 times as abrasion proof as average metal knives.
◇ Ceramic knife is colorfast and steeless, anticorrosive against variation of acid and basic organics. It can stay in boiling chlorazotic acid incorruptibly for several hours.
◇ While convenient to use, ceramic knife will not easily be smudged and it is easy to clean. It is not magnetic and of excellent compacity, with only a little proportion in weight compared with other metal knives of the same size.
◇ Ceramic knives can retain the food’s color and flavor. Its materal enjoys a stable chemistry behavior and will not react to any kind of food.
As a nice tableware, ceramic knife is also a valuale souvenir itself. It has a nice outpacking and the knife is carved with delicated letters inside. Meanwhile, the pleasant-looking appearance and fine jade-like material make ceramic knives a good choice of gift.
