Brief introduction to the Charcoal Machine
The raw material for the equipment is just sawdust ,wood shavings , rice hull ,crop straw etc .After processing by the machine ,they can turn into new energy -the machine made charcoal . They are proved to be the ideal products with little investment and instant effect .
The charcoal machine is made up by briquette extruder machine ( bar fuel -forming machine ) and carbonizing stove . For the large material (bigger than 5*5 mm ), you should install a crushing machine , .For raw material with big moisture content ( above 12%) , you need to install a drying machine . The equipments crush the raw material into grannules within 10 mm , dry them to make the moisture content within 6% -8% , put them into the briquette extruder machine and mould them by high temperature and high pressure ( no additive ) ,and then put them into the carbonizing stove . Thus the charcoal is produced .
