The supply shall have a term of minimum 25 shipment of total or more. After the first trial shipment be successful, long term cooperation can be made for both sides.
Total amount is 2000 metric ton will be delivered in 45 days in partial shipment. The seller should delivery 2000 metric ton every 45 days and the buyer should open L/C of 2000 metric ton.
COMMODITY, QUANTITY AND SHIPMENT PERIOD
The seller shall deliver Chrome Ore of 0-500 mm size of minimum 2000 MT of total at Seller’s option, at the first shipment. Seller has assured Buyer that the cargo would be made available for shipment within 35 days from the date of L/C which is acceptable by buyer. L/C must be opened within 5 days after the date of this contract.
This period totally will be 1 year but first shipment will be within 30 days from the date of signing of this contract.
SPECIFICATIONS, PENALTIES & REJECTION
The Chrome ore to be delivered shall be analyzed as per ISO Standards and shall confirm to the following specifications. All percentages used refer to percentage by weight.
Specifications
Cr2o3 40 - 44%
Mg: 20% max
Si: 9% max
Fe: 18% max
Cr/Fe ratio > 2.5
Size : 0-500mm 100% (0-20mm 30%, 20-500mm 90% Min)
Penalties and Bonus
The price of Ore stipulated in Clause 5 shall be adjusted by the following bonuses and penalties:
BONUS:
For each 1.00% of Cr2O3 above 44%, the base price shall be increased by USD 6.50 Per Dry Metric Ton, fractions pro rata.
PENALTY:
For each 1.00% of Cr2O3 below 40%, the base price shall be decreased by USD 6.50 Per Dry Metric Ton, fractions pro rata. Cargo will be rejected in case Cr203 content is below 38%.
PRICE
Price: USD 300 (USD only) per Dry MT basis 44% Cr2O3 CIF CHINA port, less penalties & deductions as per Article 4.2 above. The price is fixed for loading in containers.
Total price will be total amount per year: 24.000 MT, price : USD 0,000,000 ONLY CIF, CHINA port.
PAYMENT
By (Non Operative) Irrevocable transferable per each shipment, Letter of Credit (at sight) in favor of Seller for an amount in U.S. Dollar sufficient to cover 100% of each shipment value.
