Circular vibrating screen makes round movement, it is a new multilayer, high-efficiency new type shaker.
Circular vibrating screen uses the barrel asana eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block regulating amplitude, long drip sieve materials, specifications for multi-screen. It has characteristics of reliable structure, strong vibration, high screening efficiency, vibration noise, sturdiness and durability, easy maintenance, safety use etc. Circular vibration screen is widely used in mining, building materials, transportation, energy and chemical products industry classification.
Structure of Vibrating Screen
It is mainly composed of sieve box, vibrator, suspension (or support) devices and electric motor etc. By the triangle belt motor drive spindle vibration, due to the imbalance exciter heavy role of the centrifugal force of inertia, so that box was vibrating sieve. Change the eccentric weight exciter, different amplitudes will be obtained.
Main advantages of vibrating screen
1 、Due to the strong vibration of sieve box, phenomenon of material plugging the sieve reduced, so that the sieve has higher screening efficiency and productivity.
