Product Description:
CNC foam milling machine is designed with high Z axis to meet production requirement of mould, foundry
or pattern. Although it is called cnc styrofoam mill machine, this does not mean that it can only machining the foam material. Besides foam, it can work on wood, aluminum and non-metal materials too. If you are in field of casting industry, Styrofoam CNC router is an necessary equipment to build your competitive edge.

CNC foam milling machine is often applied to machining materials like Styrofoam, Foam, PS, EPS, HDPE, Solid Wood, Epoxy Tooling board and more.
Application
CNC foam milling machines application is for casting industry to make moulds of lost foam molds and wooden moulds. Some working projects of this machine is shown by picture below.
Main Features
1) Fast and precise with servo motors & planetary drive, quiet operation. This is a closed loop servo driven system. It is an AC drive which is a higher performing and zero maintenance system. Further the motors are very smooth running and have very good acceleration and deceleration charactics.
2) The beam is welded with 300*400mm big square tubes, the thickness of beam and support legs are 10mm, with 32mm ribs in them to stiffen the assembly and reduce vibration. All the design makes sure the rigidity of whole machine. The gross weight more than 6500kgs.
3) High tempering treatment to eliminate the effect, reduce resonance and trembling, to make sure the machine will not be deformed and has a long service life.
4) The Z-axis has a dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to allow very fast and accurate Z-axis positioning.
5) Adjustable foot under the work table and legs to make sure the table don't subsidence uneven when the table very big.
6) Auto oil lubrication system and big power water chiller to cool the spindle automatically, make sure the operation and maintenance more easy.
7) Adpoting famous original spare parts, such as Japan YASKAWA servo motor and drivers, France Motovario reducer, Taiwan Syntec control system and HIWIN 30mm square rails, Siemens & Schneider electronic parts...
8) EagleTec cnc styrofoam milling machine is build to an “industrial machine tool” standard.
9) More modes with different size for your choice, they are S3050S cnc foam milling machine, S2540S gantry type milling machine, and S1325C Styrofoam cnc router.
