1.Introduction
Coenzyme Q10 is also named Ubiquinone, chemical name is :2, 3-Dimethoxy-5-Methyl-6-Decaprenylbenzoquinone, molecular weight is :862, commercial name is :Ubidecarenone, Neuquinon.
Coenzyme Q10 is a fatsoluble organic quinones compound widely existing in the living body.It has very important physiological and pharmacological actions in human bodies, therefore, it is widely used in physiology, pharmacy, cosmetics and health protection.
2, Property
It is yellow or light yellow crystal powder, odorless, tasteless, easily soluble in chloroform, benzene and carbon tetrachloride; soluble in acetone, aether, petroleum ehter
; slightly soluble in ethanol; insoluble in water or methanol.It will be decomposed into red substances in the light, it is stable to temperature and moisture.

Coenzyme Q10 Water Soluble
Water soluble coenzyme Q10 is prepared by encapsulating coenzyme Q10 into soluble starch or γ-cyclodextrin and stablized by anti-oxidant such as vitamine E and triglyceride. The content of coenzyme Q10 in Water soluble coenzyme Q10 product is 10% or 20%. The positive composition of water soluble coenzyme Q10 is also coenzyme Q10, and the physical and structural properties are the same with coenzyme Q10.
Water soluble coenzyme Q10 is flowable, water-soluble powder. Because it is easily soluble in water, it can be better absorbed and applicated by human body, and thus it is far more biotic effective than coenzyme Q10. In the application aspect, water soluble coenzyme Q10 can be used in preparation of food, drink, tablets and capsules.
