In its luxurious handle series, Xingtai adopts CAD optimized artistic modeling design , simple ,artistic and tasteful appearance ,reasonable and durabel functional structure, and owns multiple patent technologies:In the aspect of manufacturing , we control the quality according to ISO9001 International Quality System strictly .We select materials exquisitely for our products , as per their appearances and functions,adopt mainly the following materials ,and use the most advanced and highly requested surface treatment technology to process the base body.
一、stainless steel
Adopt the stainless steel of grade AISI304 mainly, and can polish the surface into the gloss or plate titaniun nitrogen or PVD and other vacuum filming on the surface of the stainless steel polished or drawbench stainless steel , and also carry on colorful paint spraying on the surface.
二、Copper
Apply directly after it polished. The product itself has a unique function of bacteriostasis and sterilization , or a layer of transparent painting sprayed on the surface for protection to prevent oxidizing. We also adopt many kinds of electroplating such as bright chromium, lackluster chromium,lackuster nickel ,titanium gold and zirconium gold ,ect.for the surfaces of copper.
三、Aluminum
We adopt the high-purity aluminum, use the anodic oxidation to treat the surface , have the surface in an effect as sand blasted and in the colors of matt siver or Champagne gold ect. and the surface layer can stand abrasionproof and corrosionproof
四、Zinc alloy
We adopt the zinc alloy with best performance, have the surface treated with various eletroplating and adopt spray-coating treatment as well.
五、Various nonmetals
Adopt nonmetal materials extensively such as various top-grade timber, plexiglass and stones ect …We polish the surface finely and adopt the newest surface antibiotic material as far as possible
