Product Description:
This machine, 400 wire granulator machine, is our company developed a full set of copper cables granulating
production line. It mainly recycling car lines, communication cables and miscellaneous lines. This machine adopted integrated structure to space-saving and stable and reliable performance.
The copper wire recycling machine is the equipment that separating the scrap wire metal and plastic. Because the final products are similar to rice particles, so this wire recycling machine is also called copper wire granulator.
The copper wire recycling machine is one of the environmental protection machines. The wire recycling machine has two types, one is dry type and another is wet type.
This copper wire recycling machine can completely separate the copper and plastic, and realize the integrated utilization. Further, the wire recycling machine has the features of higher economic benefits, no dust and no secondary pollution.
Working Principle
Put some scrap wires and cables in the crusher untill wires were broke to plastic flinders and copper granules. Then, those plastic flinders and copper granules was devided into cores and skin by double effects between airsteam of push-sucking and the sieze box of straight line shocking to make it jump in the screen surface wave frront row, copper granules, plastic skins and copper, plastic mixture send out from different discharge holes. The dust will be send to dust catcher by air flue. (1-20mm processed scrap cable, the best single conductor diameter is 0.2-0.3mm).
3. Features of copper wire recycling machine
1). The copper wire recycling machine has the features of compact structure, beautiful shape, reasonable layout and convenient installing;
2). This wire recycling machine adopts PLC control system, which can make the equipment feed uniformly. Intelligent operation can make the operation much simpler, which save time and effort of the workers and ensure the wire recycling machine stable operation to greatest degree.
3). The crushing machine uses roller crushing system, slow-speed of revolution, high capacity and low noise and simple operation.
4). The crushing, separating and dust collecting equipments adopt combinatorial flat form, which is easy to move and transport, at the same time, this increase the inflexibility of the copper wire granulator.
5). The separation rate of the copper wire peeling machine is as high as 99%.
6). The feeding back system can make the semi-finished product regrinding, which ensure the totally separation of the metal and nonmetal products.
7). This dust collection device can control dust overflow, so the dedusting rate is as high as 99%.
