Company for drying fruits, vegetables, salutary herbs and forest aftermaths „BIO-SUN“ d.o.o. Mostar, Salakovac b.b. has been located at south 15 km from city Mostar, at the road M-17, Sarajevo-Mostar.
Company has been founded in year 2001, when it starts its own activity.
Company „BIO-SUN“ dispose of with tunner drier, with abbility to produce 10.000 kg /day, chamber drier with ability to produce 600 kg for 24h. Machinery dispose of also with 900 m3 cooler and it has positive influence at efficiency-technological drying process.
Also, we'are bulding coller with controled atmosphere for drying fruits, vegetables, salutary herbs and forest aftermaths.
Drying process officiates over heat alternation with dry air, so, the mediate way of drying and energy is wood.
Company „BIO-SUN“ develop cooperative relations for production of tomatos, onions, zuchinnis, papriks, plums, apples and pears, what have positive influence at rural population economy of herzegovina region, which is very usefully for agricultural production thanks to herzegovian sun, clean water and air.
