GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Instant Dry Yeast is a product made by multiplication of a selected yeast strain of saccharomyces cerevisiae. It contains very small quantities of food grade Sorbitan Mono Stearate as emulsifying agent.

STORAGE
The shelf life is two years, if stored in the original closed vacuum package under cool and dry conditions. Once opened , the shelf life is limited and storage in the refrigerator is required. The expiry date is mentioned on the package.
