Jiashan PVB Sliding Bearing Co., Ltd can produce all kinds of self lubricating bushes according to your requirement.
PVB-011 Bronze based self lubricating bushes
Structure:
1.PTFE with Pb 0.01~0.03mm
2.Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm
3.Bronze backing 0.7~2.3mm
Characteristics:
Good wear and friction perfomance over a wide range of load, speed and temperature conditions without lubrication
Also can perform well with lubrication
Bronze backing provides improved corrosion resistance compared with PVB010
Availability:
Standard cylindrical bush, flanged bushing, thrust washers and strips are availabe
Special designs can be made according to your requirement
Lead free type is also available
Applications:
Steel metallurgy industry, cement grouting pumps and scrow conveyers of machine, marine and offshore equipment, dyeing machinery and so on
