This
is our new model woodworking CNC router machine, it combines the multi heads CNC router and spindle tool changer CNC router. It is the dual heads dual process CNC spindle changer, pneumatic changing tools, high changing speed and high precision. Also it costs much less than the linear type ATC and disc type ATC.
Dual heads, each head have two spindles. Two spindles can use two different tools for two different processing. Two heads work at the same time, which is similar with an two heads auto tool changer CNC router center with two tools. It is a very good choice for wooden doors making, cabinets making, and furniture making.
Dual Heads Auto Tool Change CNC Router Machine Features:
1. Dual heads, each head have two spindles. Two spindles can be auto changed by control system.
2. Ncstudio auto tool changer control system, controlled by computer. So the spindle auto tool changer is very easy to operate. Also DSP control system is optional to choose.
3. High quality stepper motor, powerful enough for heavy cutting. Also great performance for high accuracy details carving. And step motor is much cheaper than servo system.
4. Four air cylinders to control spindle tool change.
5. Vacuum table holds the cutting panels tightly and fast which makes operating more convenient.
6. The vacuum table equipped with 6 divided vacuum zones, can be controlled separately.
7. Leading helical rack and gear, high speed and strength, good for wood panel cutting.
8. The max speed is up to 35m/min, engraving speed is 15m/min
9. Software is compatible with type3/ Artcam/ Ucancam/ Weitai and so on.
10. High strength steel tube jointing, heavy structure, passed the artificial aging treatment. Stable and no-deform for long time use.
