Edible Oil/Cooking Oil/Vegetable Oil Filling Machine
KR/VOLUFILL-FM4-5000, a 4 Head Flow Meter filling
machine for 250 ml to 5 liters - Available in 2 Head up to 12 head models.
Salient Features of our Flow Meter Filling Machine :
_ No “O” rings, Gaskets and Seals.
_ Frequent change over for different products with World Class flow meter.
_ No recommended spare list.
_ Touch screen HMI for easy menu settings.
_ Easy change over for different volumes.
_ Flow meter holds minimal liquid compared to other measuring chambers.
_ Flow meter has only two moving gears.
_ No threaded ends in the manifold as well as other connecting parts. Only tri-clover ends ensuring no leakages.
The Main system can be explained with the normal gear system model diagram, where bottom is the suction and top is the discharge. The discharge is connected with the positive shut-off nozzle which when opens the Spur Gear flow meter which starts rotating due to the flow of oil pumped through the pumping system given with the machine and the non contact sensor mounted on flow meter starts counting electronic pulses which gives feedback to the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for the volume to be dispensed.

Drip Free
Absolutely “drip free” deliveries through specially designed nozzles, ensures rapid recycling of sequence. Diving nozzle arrangement are provided with drip tray provision.
Accurate
Sustained accuracy of filling, since positive displacement devices and high speed electronic processing circuits are used. Repeat accuracy of +/- 0.25% for the specified filling range can be achieved.
Safety Device
Non-contact electronic sensors ensure “no bottle no fill” status to avoid spillage in absence of container.
Electronic controls
