Product Description:
Electric screw jack lifting system is widely application for theatre stage synchronous lifting platform,
which structures include multiple screw jacks, miter gearboxes, flexible couplings and line shaftings. Compared with hydraulic lifting platfrom or electric cylinder actuators lifting platfrom, screw jack lifting system has self-locking feature without brake or locking mechanism, precisely positioning, full synchronization, motor driven, easy installation and operation, maintenance free.

Required: theatre stage lifting platform sizes 15000x10000mm, total 2400kN load on the lifting platform with safety factors, each screw jack load 400kN, 628mm travel length, electric motor driven, application layout as below picture.
Design Project:
1. Six screw jacks model JTW-50T-US-628-L-I-C-PP, spindle screw Tr120x20, 50 ton/500kN load capacity, upright translating screw type, 628mm stroke, low worm gear ratio 32:1, top plate end fitting, double input worm shafts, additional protective pipe for dust-proof.
2. Three miter gearboxes model JT72-1:1-60R-60R-I-LR-B3 2pcs, JT72-1:1-60R-60R-I-LR-O-B3 1pc. Input and output shaft 60mm diameter, gear ratio 1:1, input and output 60rpm, maximum drive torque 3206Nm, I-LR, I-LR-O shaft arrangements and direction of shaft rotating and B3 horizontal mounting positions.
3. One electric motor 15HP, 4pole, 1500rpm with gear reducer ratio 25:1, output 60rpm, foot mounted. Electric screw jack lifting system speed 37.5mm/min.
