Structure: multilayer 1- strip engineered flooring.
Species are available in but not limited to Oak, Canada Maple, Chinese maple, Birch, Teak, Jatoba, Sapele, Americal Walnut, beech, Cherry, santos mohagony, Iroko, Ipe.
Base plywood: poplar plywood core, poplar &Mix hardwood core, birch plywood core.
Plank size:900*125*12/3mm, 900*125*10/0.6mm, 900*125*15/4mm, 1200*148*15/4mm, 2200*220*21/6mm, 1860*189*20/6mm, 1860*190*14/3mm, not larger than the size of 2200*260*22/6mm. the top veneer thickness: 0.6mm 6mm, we could also custom as client’s requirement.
Finishing: Germany treffert (or Germany klumpp)with 7 coating UV lacquer.
Moisture Content:7%-12%.
Surface: flat, hand scrapped, wire brushed, distressed, carbonized, smoked etc
Joint: Perfect T&G with 0.2-2mm micro bevel.
Grading: AB/CD/ABC/ABCD grade requirements available.
Packing: carton and pallets according to the clients' requirements.
Monthly supplies: 30, 000 square meters.
Certificate: CE/CARB/ ISO
From base plywood making, making T/G system, and paint coating all process are finish in our factory.
