Wire cut EDM has a very extending application scope. Can process all conductive material, for making
mould/ die, bearing, other metal made parts. With the features of low cost, high speed, compact and easy to operate.
Wire cut EDM is very user friendly with PC interface, Software drawing and processing. What is most important, cnc wire cut edm can make products satisfy all customers.
1) Wire Cut EDM Program input by keyboard and auto-programmer;
2) Control funtion: Any angle rotatin, axis symmetry, graph expansion and shrinkage, retreat, returning the starting point, auton-centering and auto shutoff of facilities after process completion;
3) Wire EDM : Man program storage: 2000 sections;
4) Shortcircuit treatment: Auto-retreat upto the eliminatio of shortcircuit;
5) Wire breakage treatmnet: The Wire Cut EDM can stop and retutn to the starting point;
6)The wire-cut edm machine can quick check the error of program reset;
7) CNC wire cut edm have memory of closing electrical power, resume processing the function after connecting the electricity;
8) Paralledl work: Input program while processing.
