INTENDED USE
The Feline Leukaemia Virus Ag Test Kit is a immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Feline Leukaemia antigen (FeLV Ag) in Feline blood. A visible result can be showed in 5-10 minutes.
PRINCIPLE
Solid phase immunochromatographic assay using direct sandwich method.
KEY FEATURES
Rapid: Result can be read out in 10 minutes
Simple-operated: No need of additive equipments or reagents.
High sensitivity and specificity
Long shelf life: 18months at room temperature
Low cost
SPECIFICATIONS
Specimens: Cats serum, nasal secretions or saliva
Specificity: No cross reaction against other feline virus diseases
Shelf life: 18 months
Storage temperature: Room temperature(2-30C degree). DO NOT FREEZE
Packing size: 5 tests per kit, sealed in foil pouch
Attentions: All specimens should be handled as being potentially infectious
Limitation: The test is for in-vitro diagnostic use only
