Backing plate is specially made for making flap disc. The plates are made of the fiberglass which are specially woven and treated in our plant. Special sizes are available on request. 80% of our products are for international market.
Specification:
Type: T27 (Flat), T29 (Convex)
Material: Fiberglass fabric impregnated with phenolic resin
Metal Ring: 1 or 2.
Layers: 6-13
Thickness: 2. 4mm-3. 5mm (Tolerance: 0. 3mm)
Outer diameter: 75mm, 85mm, 95mm, 107mm. 117mm, 140mm, 170mm
Prices: In accordance with the layers of the backing pads.
Packing: Each roll is wrapped in a polyethylene bag and put into cardboard boxes of different
