Chemical Axial-Flow Pump/evaporation forced circulating pump
FJX chemical axial-flow pump is a single-stage,
single-suction cantilever type and is mainly used in chemical process with large flow rate and low delivery head, especially suitable for forced circulation process of material conveyance, vaporizing concentration, crystallization in alkali, salt, fermentation, metallurgical, phosphorous fertilizer industries.

phosphate fertilizer factory: forced circulation of medium of wet phosphoric acid concentrator and ammonium phosphate slurry concentrator.
bayer process aluminum oxide factory: the forced circulation of sodium aluminate alkaline evaporator media.
diaphragm caustic soda plant: forced circulation of NaCL caustic soda evaporator media.
vacuum salt production: forced circulation of NaCL real growth crystallizer media.
mirabilite plant: forced circulation of Na2SO4 evaporator media.
hydrometallurgical plant: forced circulation of evaporative crystallizer media such as copper sulfate and nickel sulphate.
lye plant: the forced circulation of ammonia mother liquor in the cold dissociator and salt dissociator of ammonium chloride process.
alkali plant: recovery process of ammonium vaporization waste liquid, forced circulation of CaCL2 evaporator media.
paper mill: forced circulation of black liquor concentrator media.
power plant: forced circulation of flue gas desulfurization, coking plant and chemical fiber plant ammonium sulfate evaporator media.
light industry: forced circulation of working medium, such as alcohol concentration, citric acid evaporation and sugar solution evaporation.
Structural features of FJX series forced circulation pumps
good anti-cavitation performance: suitable for low-liquid evaporator, greatly reducing the investment of evaporating plant.
It is also suitable for the new type evaporator (reverse circulation evaporator, double heating chamber series evaporator) equipped with a heated chamber with high fluid resistance at the pump inlet side.
High pump efficiency, wide high efficient area: with changed blade installation Angle and rotational speed in two ways, to meet the requirements of the user to the capacity and head of pump and operation condition in the east of the pump efficiency areas, energy-saving effect is remarkable.
slow speed type: smooth running of pump;
Low wear and long service life of flow passage parts;
Low degree of crystal damage, suitable for evaporative crystallization process.
cantilever rotor: compared with double-supported rotor, the number of shaft seals is halved, the pump is light in weight, small in shape and convenient for maintenance.
center support of pump body: compared with pump body bottom support, rotor heat is good for neutral.
rear door structure: without removing the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump body, the rotor can be pulled out for convenient and quick maintenance.
advanced shaft sealing: sealed with assembly type machine, with a life of 6-12 months;
Sealed with a new type of liquid - blocking packing, packing life of 3-6 months.
evaporator has no expansion joints: it can be used for elastic pump base or hanging pump. The heat compensation is reliable and the investment of evaporator is reduced.
good reliability of the whole machine: high pump shaft strength, large bearing capacity, water-cooled sleeve for bearing seat, long shaft seal life, good material performance, to ensure the long-term operation of single pump.
