Advantages: Plain flap discs can be instead of resin DC grinding wheel, it has better elasticity, better intensity of anti-curve. Good working efficiency with low noise. Especially for grinding & polishing the inner end & weld lines of chest and punched pieces.
Applications: Plain flap discs are mainly used for grinding & polishing stainless steel and carbon steel. Flap discs of ZA is especially for stainless steel process.
