Outdoor floor escalator parameters:
1. Maximum length: 15 m
2. Rated speed: 0.5 m/s
3. Angle: 30°/35° (35° only for 6 m or below)
4. Width: 1000/1200/1400 mm
Technical description:
1. Compact escalator driving system adopts free chain design
2. Unique planetary gear's efficiency is as much as 96%, fuel consumption is only 1/6 in comparison to the traditional escalator/sidewalk
3. Driver Station - the whole circuit is included in the stave return route, save up to 10% of the space compared to the traditional escalators
4. The use of spring-type brake, structural safety and reliability; chain free of lifelong lubrication is easy to maintain
5. Reduce the fire hazards, protect the habitats, so as to enable the building to be more environment-protective
6. Start by energy conservation option - star/triangle start could reduce 30% power loss
Our outdoor floor escalators are built-in security devices to meet or exceed the world main escalator safety standards, including EN115 and GB16899-1997; unique stave-oriented system, the skirt board covered with 3mm anti-friction coating, to ensure the space between the step and skirt board to be minimum so to make the friction to be least, so as to secure travel; handrails guardrail height is 1000mm, ensure that passengers to be more secure when take it; adopting advanced microprocessor structure to monitor escalators running speed, direction, security state and other key parameters in real-time; truss use square steel to weld together, high strength, light weight.
