Foot reflexotherapy( Foot massage), one of the important components of Chinese Medicine, is a nature therapy with high efficiency, Simplemanipulation and no side-effect, which is created by Shufu, a famous Chinese Medicine doctor in ancient time. This therapy does work effectively when the foot reflective zone is pressed by doctors. Since Tang and Song Dynasty, foot reflexotherapy is excluded from main stream of Chinese Medicine due to feudal customs that showing naked foot is considered as inelegant behavior. It has been partly lost because the doctors didn't want to touch the foot, and only spread among certain local areas. Since the opening and reform policy, foot reflxotherapy became popularized again in China. Chinese governmenthas put emphasis on foot reflxotherapy and established a national academicfoot reflxotherapy association. Until now it has been developed into a new branch of health prevention.

After my graduation, by chance I was engaged in foot reflxotherapy, and have been deeply fascinated by its amazing effect. Practiced for nearly20 years, I accumulated experiences by treating more than 10 thousandspatients. Based on our clinical practices, we wrote this book Practical FootReflexotherapy with the aim to introduce this therapy to more people.

One of the features of this book is the illustration of treating each disease. The readers can do the treatment for themselves and friends following theinstruction. Unlike medication, foot reflexotherapy is effective, economic andWithout any harmful results.
