Fruit residue dryer mechanical structure and application:
Due to the high moisture content, high sweet
content, and stickiness of fruit residue, Henan Bailing Machinery has developed unique technology and produced the fruit residue dryer equipment. The fruit residue dryer belongs to the large continuous type drying equipment. It is made up of coal hot air furnace, inlet and outlet equipment, rotary drum dryer, dedusting system, electrical control system, high and low temperature pipeline. This invention solves the technical roadblock and achieves good drying effect. The fruit residue dryer is suitable for drying apple pulp, pineapple waste, and orange pulp and so on.
Fruit residue dryer main features:
It can lower the moisture content of fresh fruit residue from 75-80% to 12% or less at a time.
It is of huge dealing quantity with 30-300 ton fresh fruit residue per day every single unit.
The long term high temperature working condition of dryer has taken into consideration when design the related frame member .The long term continuous and full load drying can be realized and assured.
The heat source adopts machinery chain type coal hot air furnace which is of strong adaptability. The fire grate is step less driving, the coal burns fully and the whole heat effectiveness of the hot air furnace reaches to more than 90%. The coal loading and deslagging are all done by machine with stable and easy operation.
The fruit residue dryer adopts rotary drum dryer as the main engine of drying system. it is of simple structure, little faults, low maintenance fee, and strong production capacity and the long time continuous running is assured.
Fruit residue adopts unique sealing device and is adapted with heat preservation system. The coal consumption of drying system is ≤550kg (standard coal) /ton dried fruit residue, the electric consumption ≤45kW·h/ton dried fruit residue.
The drying system adopts step less driving; the rotating speed can be adjusted according to the different moisture content to achieve best drying effect. The roller transmission is cast steel process gear ring drive and is stable and reliable.
There is brute force scatter in the fruit residue dryer roller which can solve the problem of stickiness and agglomeration in the drying process of apple residue.
It adopts the scraper load material machine and stepless drive. It is easy to adjust the input quantity and keep it stable.
The whole drying system adopts electric centralized control and is of high automation degree and easy operation.
After the drying section, the crushing, mixing, granulation, and packaging section is followed to produce fruit pellet feed end product.
